I have only ratied this site as a four because of the postage charges. I understand it is next day delivery but I would be happy to accept a cheaper service, they could also offer free postage. Business is business and in this day and age they might drum up more business if they offered free postage, however, I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company because the products are unique and of great quality, when I have had problems in the past they have replacd without any questions asked.
