The website is great, real easy to use and I have ordered umpteem items over the years. What would be very useful is a confirmation email of purchase and in the past I have had an email from your company informing me that my items are out for delivery and an ETA. Items ordered more recently have not had this prompt and I have felt it necessary to contact LIGHTS4FUN to find out where my items are. Your customer service reply was prompt, so no complaints on that score. Also delivery has always been extremely quick - but just recently items have taken a little longer. I am hoping that this is due to Royal Mail, rather than any change made to your customer service.
