Order procedure good but unfortunately there seemed to be a mix up on the ref.nos. of the goods, and was therefore sent the wrong item (hence just gving the 4 stars). However, they quickly rectified it and sent out, free of charge, the goods I needed, also giving me the opportunity to keep the original goods they had sent me erroneously, for free, and, free batteries too. Well done for this ! Would most certainly recommend you to others.
