When my order arrived unfortunately, one item was missing! I telephoned Customer Services to let them know - they were extremely helpful and apologetic and assured me my 'missing' item would be sent 1st class. True to there word I received my item the next day! I cannot fault there Customer Service and I would definitely order from 'Lights4fun' again.
