I received a set of battery operated fairy lights which unfortunately didn't work. I emailed customer services the following day to find out if I was to send the faulty set back or what to do. I received a very nice email back from Lorraine who apologised for the faulty lights and advised I would b sent a new sent asap. The new set arrived within about 4 days and they work perfectly. Although the product itself was faulty I would definitely use this company again as my issue was dealt with quickly an efficiently.
