There was a delay due to low stock which I only found out about because I rang to see why I had boot received a dispatched email. Delays due to stock should really be communicated proactively to the buyer. The upside was that as soon as I highlighted that this delay would cause a problem postage was upgraded free of charge, so very well recovered.
