This was an-round really good customer service experience. I had a problem with the order (I hadn't order an adapter that was needed) and staff on the phone were friendly, efficient and helpful. I had to chase the next day to receive a new confirmation email as I'd amended my order but I imagine the email probably would have been sent eventually. I'll definitely order from them again.
