The first time I tried to make my order, it didn't go through properly and I was charged but never received it and there was no record of my order. I therefore placed the order again, not realising I had already been charged. However, the response I received from customer support was excellent: prompt, helpful and apologetic, and I received an immediate refund for the initial order. This definitely inspires confidence as there is lots to go wrong when shopping online, so it's important to know you can contact someone.
