I found Lights4Fun to be excellent in most regards. Your website and design is very professional.\n\nThe only negatives were my product didn't look brand new. There were scratches on the battery compartment, and inside was a rust coloured mark. They weren't bad enough for me to take the product back, but obviously isn't ideal. Plus the packaging said batteries were included, but they weren't. Your Ebay description said there would be no batteries, but the packaging contradicted this.
