I bought 3 sets of battery operated fairy lights. One of them stopped working but when I contacted LightsFfun, they sorted it out really quickly and there was no quibble at all about the replacement. As they did not have the item I wanted in stock, they gave me alternatives and I was able to chose what I wanted. Very quick on email too and replied within an hour of me sending a message through Ebay. Customer service was excellent and that is priceless.
