The order was swiftly processed but was delayed in delivery. It would have been helpful to inform me of the delay. I was initially told the expected delivery was 18th - 21st January and heard nothing until 23rd Jan and by email was informed that the order would be delivered on 24th. (which it was.) I didn't contact Lights4fun as the weather conditions at the time were not good - but I would have appreciated receiving an email.
