I received an email from your warehouse advising me who would be packing and arranging dispatch of my order, but no indication of when it would be dispatched so I just had to sit and wait. This wasn't very helpful. Far better to email me when the order was dispatched, giving an indication of likely delivery. Suggest you take a leaf out of **** book regarding order status info.
