Prompt, efficient service. Love my lights which look lovely. Only two minor negatives (1) measurements are not clear - said 5m but were actually 4..5 so had to buy another set and (2) it would be good to have a 'brightness' description other than wattage - thought my sets would be a little bit brighter than they are. However, as I only wanted them for ambient lighting, they are fine.
