We found the staff most helpful. We phoned after looking at the website as we could not fully understand the lights specification from the website and picture.\nLength string of globe bulbs measurement versus how long was the power cable is going to the start of them etc.\nLights were great and arrived on time and in good condition. The lady on the phone was particularly helpful when we phoned again because the multi coloured bulbs arrived as wight but she explained that they go multicolour with the LED's inside the globes when switched on. They did.
