The website and order process were all good. \nHowever the lights did not arrive within 5 working days as promised. I could not check the order status on your website. However when I called your customer service line they were helpful and agreed to look into it. The lights eventually arrived 11 days after they were ordered (9 working days). Fortunately it is still in time for our school Christmas fair, but it was a shame I had to chase it. The lights themselves are great (we have bought them from you before) and I would recommend them - just not the delivery company!
