I've been using Lights for Fun for 6 years and have always found them very professional. \n\nIn the past have found the website a bit difficult to navigate, especially when trying to buy 'additional lights for my existing connectable sets (i.e. ensuring that I am buying the correct colour / connections). I wonder if a purchase history section would help?\n\nI have also had long running issues with failures of the set I purchased this time - I have about 24 sets or LEDs (1200 bulbs) in an apple-tree and it looks great but each year several sets have failed (c. 300 bulbs this year). In fairness, in previous years L4F have replaced these without quibble (I didn't ask them too this yea) but it is still frustrating having to replace them.
