I was impressed with the online website, the speed of my order and the products I ordered. However a couple of the products (battery 'candles' with wicks that look like real candles) were far smaller than they looked in the catalogue. It would have been more helpful to have them described as 'small candles' and maybe have a picture of them next to another object so their size was obvious.
