I was really happy with the level of service I recieved and even the additional interaction I had recieved on Twitter. I loved that when the product arrived it had a leaflet of products explaining how it was a family run business, and I felt I had recieved first class service. I had even been telling someone about how I'd had the best customer experience with this company and would highly recommend. However, the reason I have not given 5 stars is because after I got my product I was one set of lights short (for the size of my tree, I'd not ordered enough) I went back on the site to look to purchase one more set and I realized orders over £60 get free p&p so I asked on Twitter in a private DM if as a goodwill gesture I could get free p&p on the extra set of lights I was ordering as my previous order was £58 & had I noticed previously I would've just ordered an extra set there and then. Now a simple no would have sufficed and I would have thought fair enough, it was my mistake after all. But I didn't get a response at all and I found this disappointing regardless of whether you could have done it or not. I have since just ordered an extra set & paid the p&p, but would I have gone on to commend customer service & the company after that? No, probably not. It just came across to me as if I was only responded to originally to get me to buy, after I'd bought you didn't care.
