I received exactly what I ordered. I've been impressed by the quality of the lights. In particular, the many settings the lights have; with the options of flashing, fading and standard in both blue and white.
My only issue is the time it took for them to arrive. I requested a standard delivery and it took almost 2 weeks, which meant me not getting full use from them, as advent celebration lights.
