I, as did my husband, found difficulty with the website to be able to order a set of outdoor festoon lights that were instantly connectable. I have outside power and thought I would just be able to buy a set of outdoor lights without the need to purchase separate, unique, power transformers. I have no knowledge of C or U type power transformers, and in the first instance I didn't order one at all, and secondly ordered the wrong one. My phone call with a member of the team was dealt with fairly and swiftly but unfortunately my lights wouldn't have been ready for Christmas. I would use this company again, but would leave plenty of time to discuss my order with a member of the team over the phone.
