Customer service is excellent and products are shipped in a timely fashion.
We have been a customer of Lights4fun for many years but unfortunately our Christmas LED lights have been known to falter (flickering and going out completely). Granted, our 1st batch we have had for a number of years, but we bought some new ones 2 years ago and they have already started to falter. We contacted customer service, who again were very helpful in sending a new transformer, but sadly this didn't cure the problem.
