Unfortunately the lights (£500 worth) did not arrive within 2 or 3 days as expected and I had to phone to chase them. Apparently the lights had not been released from the warehouse. After my call they were released immediately and I received the lights the next day. However, without that call, I would have been left with installers waiting to dress trees and with no lights. There must be a checking system to make sure this does not happen....
