These red candles are not as bright as the white ones I had purchased and I have found them disappointing. As it was so near Christmas when I received them I did not feel I could return them and get another set of white candles as a replacement before Christmas. I definitely prefer the white set as they are so much brighter and you can actually see the flickering, which you can't really see with the red ones. These red candles would benefit from a brighter bulb.
