I really enjoy perusing the website. The products are of good quality and at reasonable prices. I did feel however I felt the telephone person was rather irritated when she had to explain the address and returns number on the parcel. I asked her to repeat the postage instructions. The tone was in her voice. All that was missing was a "sigh". This has not put me off buying more purchases but I feel less inclined to call and deal with online instead.
