Sent back item day after it arrived, arrived st the warehouse on Friday, company stating that they are awaiting confirmation of this from the warehouse and that my refund 'should' be processed within 10 days after this confirmation. No justification for the 10 day + delay. Not exactly the easy, speedy returns process that was promised.
