I ordered a pair of 2 Battery Operated Wax LED Taper Candles, 25cm to test and was pleased with them so ordered another 14. Both deliveries arrived quickly, packaging was good so no obvious damages to any of the products (please note though we have not tested each candle yet). The ONLY reason I did not give a 'very good' rating is because when I tried to place both orders online the website kept crashing. BUT when I called up the service I got on the phone was excellent. If the website issue was on my end then I apologise but if not you may need to fix the bugs so this does not happen to others. Overall, great experience, trusted company and would use again with confidence - thank you.
