The ordering process was very simple and the order was dispatched and received quickly. The items, several strings of external lighting are excellent other than 5 of the bulb holders were damaged on receipt, the broken pieces still in the box so it happened during packing I suspect. The damage made it difficult to fix the bulb string but I managed to do it so didn't bother to complain. I would suggest you look at the packaging/QC as the product is fine
