I purchased a Happy Harry Snowman Christmas Led light which was damaged in the post. A replacement was sent without question and this arrived very promptly. However the box it came in was damaged in the same place as the first but thankfully the item was intact. I think that the packaging for this item is inadequate in that the base is set in a polystyrene casing but there is no such packaging for the top which is then easily damaged in the post.
