I bought 5 lots of SL14101 "2 White LED Stainless Steel Solar Stake" at £8.99. One didn't work. I switched batteries with another but no joy. Rang your support line and was basically told to try again. We're talking about an item that retails at less than £5. I had expected to be told "hang on, we'll replace it". I took the offending lamp and fixed it myself. But you get a D- for Customer Service. Overall - I'm somewhat disappointed by the experience.
