Batteries arrived in reasonable time, when I fitted the new batteries to my four sets of dragon fly solar lights it was very noticeable that the quality of the solar panels varied considerably. On one set the terminals had rusted away, which explains why it had stopped working. I applied grease to the gaskets on the other sets to try to prevent water ingress, time will tell!
