The delivery took longer than I thought, when it arrived the delivery driver told me that it was the last chance for delivery as he had attempted twice before. I did not know this as he did not leave a card, had he done so I could have left instructions as to where to leave the parcel if I was not available to accept it. So I think that having this facility with the delivery company would make for a better service.
