Product generally appears good/realistic-looking in case of fake candles - have tested candles but not used them for any length of time (as ordered for Halloween). Took quite a long time to arrive & although outer box was badly bashed at least inside everything was well packaged/protected which meant nothing was damaged. However it is always galling within a couple of days of ordering to receive 15% discount email!! - obviously it doesn't pay to be organised & order well in advance!! :-(
