Very quick service and lights are what I expected but the red berry Garland was disappointing. Very plastic looking and not really like the photo online so I will be sending that back. Also the goods arrived in a gigantic box so I have had to buy appropriate packaging to the return. Also had to go online to print out a returns form and a label. Very time consuming. On the other hand the lady who told me how to make the return was very friendly and helpful.
