The item I purchased arrived as expected. It was well packaged and looked of a good quality. Unfortunately it did not match up to my other connections. This could not be determined before from the pictures shown on the website. Lights4fun responded quickly to my query but was unable to provide an alternative. I have now returned the item for a refund. Based on the attention I received and the range of products offered I will use this firm again. I suggest that measurements and more details are stated on the website to avoid any disappointment to customers and extra costs to all.
