Ordered a set of LED string lights. Unfortunately due to a manufacturing fault they did not all work. Contacted L4F via their website after 10pm and they called me back first thing the next morning and arranged a replacement which arrived within 48hrs (replacement all worked perfectly). Manufacturing faults with electrical items will occasionally occur, but the service I received was absolutely first class and they couldn't have been more helpful. I will defiantly use again and will be highly recommending
