I ordered some lights very close to Christmas. Unfortunately, one of the sets came damaged. I emailed customer service, who responded the next day saying they had already arranged for a new set to be sent out to me by courier, free of charge. It arrived just in time to complete our Christmas decorations. The quality of the lights were extremely good for the very reasonable prices. Needless to say, I will be returning when I need decorative lights again.
