I had a problem with my Premier lights, not surprised as I have had previous problems with outdoor lights from this company Premier, As I had purchased them through Lights4fun and not realising who the manufacturer was lights4fun who were excellent in all aspects of my sale and the other products purchased at the same time, I was very surprised to hear from Lisa at customer services where she had tried to make contact with me by landline and e-mail and finally catching me on my mobile to discuss how unhappy I was with this product, Lisa was excellent in informing me of her concerns that I was not a happy customer and that it was not their intension as a company pointing out that all their products are covered by their own two year guarantee. I would and can only say that by the end of our conversation I am now a very happy customer and would not hesitate to purchase from Lights4fun in the future as I know this company do have genuine concerns to their customers.
