I have bought a number of things from here over the years and they have all been very nice and worked very well.
However I have had the occasional problem and whenever I've contacted them they have been really helpful and willing to replace anything with a fault without any quibble. Most recently I had some lights I bought which quite clearly said were for outdoor use but not over winter and which I left out all winter meaning a few popped. I basically bought the wrong stuff. No problem swapped out.
