People on the phones are also super helpful and lovely to deal with - 5/5 on customer service! the festoon lights look great and appear to be well made and connecting them together could not be easier. to compliment these I bought the Hepburn 2.5M festoon poles which are very solid and sturdy once buried in the ground - footplate makes this very easy. I'm hanging 15M of lights so the weight and strain of the lights versus the number of poles needs to be managed correctly otherwise the pole tend to fall over a touch. I secured them to nearby fencing to overcome this - simple! More poles would also be a solution. Ive the warm glow LEDs which are decorative lights so the output isn't very bright - illuminating an area on their own would be difficult - dont expect to get the Love Island effect. Overall very happy!
