After buying 20 metres of connectable festoon lights just under two years ago the transformer recently failed. Lights4Fun informed me that that particular transformer is no longer manufactured, and agreed under their 2-year warranty to send me a brand new series of current connectables making a 20 metre run. That is what I call excellent customer service and a truly no-quibble guarantee
