I purchased string lights and extension cables. Unfortunately after being told they were in stock, it turned out they were not and I received a phone call the next day explaining these had not been sent with my order. As the items were required for a wedding the next day it caused a problem, that to their credit the company arranged to get the items sent from a warehouse to be dropped at a venue as requested by myself. As we are all aware sometimes things go wrong, so I would highly recommend using this company as they have the same ethics as myself where the most important thing is the customer.
