Inhad broken my transformer unit for my festoon lights and purchased a new one. Upon delivery I tried to attach the new transformer unit only to realise the connection was different. I contacted lights4fun who advised me that the transformer no longer had the same attachment to fit our current festoon lights. After expressing that I could not then use the double length of festoon lights Lisa advised me that the German site were still selling the transformer unit with the correct attachment. Lisa kindly sent me the link for the German site and refunded the money of the original purchase. We have now received our transformer unit and using our festoon lights again Very happy with the service
