What an incredibly excellent company! Purchased solar lights 1 year ago. Recently had a problem. Chloe Park responded within an hour of the email with information and advice which identified the fault. Spare part posted same day and received next day. Name me a company which has customer service so high in their priorities! Compare with I went into Debenhams same day, 4 staff chatting/laughing drinking from water bottles and ignored 5 customers never even said hello or can I help you in 25 minutes there to ANYONE! ! Well done Chloe and all staff involved at Lights4Fun. A credit to British Industry and Chloe such warm, friendly and professional email responses. Highly recommend this company.
