I needed two large lanterns which were no longer on the website. Contacted L4F and got a quick reply to advise me there had been some issues with breakages so they had been withdrawn, but they would check warehouse. They did have 2 (which I needed for a wedding) and they were duly sent out. Unfortunately one did break and I was refunded for this one and it was suggested I could take the lantern to a glazier. I found a local guy to repair the lantern at a cost slightly less than my refund, so very happy!
