***at Lights.com has been nothing short of wonderful in helping me work through a couple of problems - only 1 of which was a bad strand of lights. Otherwise, it was operator error. When I called to inquire about a UPS label that I thought had been sent, he promptly sent me one. I have been very happy with Lights.com and would order from them before trying less expensive places with awful customer service. Thanks ***!!!
