The customer service was good when I called to inform them that 2 out of three oAngelsI I ordered would not Light up and they promptly offered replacements. I surely hope that the replacements work properly as they are gifts I ordered to give stay specific time during a Spiritual retreat that ends in a week!
The actual Angel product is really Beautiful!
