There was one item in my large order whose power adapter did not work. I found the direct 800 number on my confirmation e-mail. I called it, waited 30 seconds for a LIVE person to answer. He spoke clearly and in a commanding way, like he could make things happen. I explained the problem, and within 10 seconds he said Ive just ordered you an exact replacement [to the whole product, not just the cord]. It will ship in 2 days and you should have it the following week I was awe-struck. Its never that simple calling companies for replacements... I asked if I needed to ship back the defective part, and he said No that wont be necessary. Have a great day.
