Service was prompt. I like the candles pretty good. My only issue is that the shortest candle in the set has the flame visible above the top melted edge. I guess I just missed that from the photo...I havent actually back to the site to see if it is evident from the photo of the product. I also thought they were the kind that once switched on will stay on a specific amount of time, turn off automatically and then turn back on at the same time they were first activated. If they are, nothing I saw on the packaging or candles indicate that. That was the type of candles for which I had been shopping, so it is possible that I just thought they had this feature. I like them well enough to keep for myself, but not well enough to give as the gift for which they had been purchased.
