I love the products from Lights.com! My only problem was that my last order was a gift and sent to another address. In a space provided on the website, I requested a message be sent to my friend. She received the package with no message or mention of who the package was from. In questioning why there was no message included, their answer was Sorry. It was human error & they would make sure it was brought to the attention of the department. You would think they would have tried to make me happy, as well.
