when I ordered this time I tested all of the lights. They all worked. I was pleased. The last time I ordered there were 3 packages that didnt. It was my fault that I did not contact you for a replacement. I use the 30 count LED lights as a medium for decoration for the Christmas holidays and they sell very well.
